At the end of April, the Bouché Group made official the purchase of the HUBER TRANSPORTS and HUBER AFFRÈTEMENT companies based in Haguenau. This acquisition will enable us to expand our fleet and develop distribution in the Benelux countries. Alain Huber, the seller, will continue to manage the companies alongside our Chairman, Daniel Gehringer.
